No worries, before we place your loan and have it reviewed by a Lender, there are many ways to properly prepare and explain your history, assets and income. It’s what I am here for, to be that person to walk you through the process and bridge the gap between you, the Lender, the Realtor and Escrow Company. You have my commitment, as your purchase or refinance progresses; I will be your contact throughout the whole transaction. You’ll know where we are at every step of the way.
